A Hard Working, Dedicated, and Understanding Agent!
Mary was a great resource to have while I was trying to clear out and sell my grandparents' house. She was always available for questions and to provide guidance as I waded through deed issues from a living estate in which the deed holders had already passed away.
Having never sold a house, Mary also helped greatly in selecting a good and fair asking price and sift through all the offers we received.
This was a very long process and Mary stuck with us through every step. I cannot imagine doing this without her. She was a blessing to us and a joy to work with!

Mary helped us buy our new home in Georgetown last fall and she was awesome throughout the entire process. We moved to Kentucky from out of state, so we needed Mary to be our eyes and ears when we couldn’t attend walk throughs or inspections in person, and she did a great job. Her communication throughout was clear and concise, and Mary provided all the information we asked for so we could make the best decisions in buying a new home. Mary was also great at including my mother (who had moved to Kentucky a few months earlier) in the process and making sure she was happy with the new home that she was going to share with us.
