Mary was a great resource to have while I was trying to clear out and sell my grandparents' house. Teddy is very good with communicating back and forth and me and the lenders and has multiple connections to help out with closing on your home

Teddy is far superior to any real estate agent we have ever dealt with. My only regret is not knowing more people to recommend Teddy.

Since she fixes up houses personally, she knows what houses are good and bad. She was right about my house. After my inspection, it came back a solid house.
